DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking someone to join our Vulnerability Management team in the Cyber, Security Response department to work on a team managing Open-Source Software (OSS) vulnerabilities and internal and external Network Scanning vulnerabilities, where the individual will be responsible for identifying and notifying teams of vulnerabilities and tracking remediation.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.This is a Cybersecurity Ops III position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents to ensure the organization’s systems and data are protected from actual and potential threats or breaches.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Identify and notify teams of vulnerabilities from multiple sources.
  • Track the remediation of vulnerabilities.
  • Perform analysis to validate remediation.
  • Collaborate regularly with team members, stakeholders and occasionally leadership on management of vulnerabilities and escalations.

QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • At least 4 years’ of technology experience with time in a technology risk function
  • Strong understanding of vulnerabilities and following process and procedure
  • Intermediate level of Linux knowledge: Use and knowledge of Linux commands and ability to script
  • Experience with an enterprise reporting platform (Splunk preferred)
  • Knowledge of code repositories (i.e., Git, Bitbucket)
  • Understanding of OSS libraries
  • Strong organizational, communication, and professional skills
  • Web development knowledge a plus
