    We are currently looking to grow our team of Vulnerable Customer Agents within our Saltcoats office. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a long-term career and become a valued member of our LBG team!
    If you’re currently working within a Customer Service environment, our Vulnerable Customer Agent role may be just what you’re looking for.
    As part of the role you will handle inbound and outbound calls with vulnerable customers, those whose physical or mental health, or family circumstances are impacting their ability to pay their mortgage. This is a rewarding role, supporting customers on their route back to financial health.
