Your duties will include:
- independent preparation of payrolls
- Reporting, e.g. carrying out immediate reports, A1 certificates
- Advising clients on all billing-related issues
- Collaboration on the solution of payroll tax and social security issues
- Communication with clients, tax offices, social insurance agencies and professional associations
- Supervision of payroll tax and social security audits
- if interested and qualified: preparation of financial accounts
You bring with you:
- a commercial apprenticeship with further training as a payroll accountant, if necessary additional qualification as a specialist assistant for wages and salaries
- Sound knowledge of wage tax and social security law
- Knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining agreements
- You are familiar with DATEV (especially LODAS) and MS Office
- English skills
