Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital transformation of retail in Victoria’s Pubs, Clubs, and TAB Agencies by driving digital and product innovation
- Drive the TAB Product within venue promotions and targeted sales programs
- Work with venues to grow the TAB App and other products by training staff and utilising marketing tools. Keep venues running smoothly to ensure retail operational excellence
- Effectively manage venue partners through a regular call cycle and ongoing communications
- Present performance insights, focusing on digital acquisition, active customers and turnover
- Effectively organise and run in venue activations that target Digital Acquisition and promotion of TAB brand
- Work with internal teams on how to achieve an excellent customer experience in Retail, providing crucial venue and customer perspective
