Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.
We’re looking for charismatic, attentive, and professional waiters to provide outstanding service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring each guest has a memorable rooftop experience—from guiding them through our unique menu to delivering impeccable service with personality and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, friendly, and efficient service, maintaining Kaso’s high standards.
• Guide guests through our menu, recommending cocktails, dishes, and wine pairings.
• Ensure accurate order-taking, presentation, and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
• Work seamlessly with team members to manage a busy rooftop space, especially during peak hours.
• Handle guest requests and queries with professionalism and a can-do attitude.

Salary: £11.90p/h plus service charge
