JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and Arabic-Speaking Waitress to join our team in a casual to fine dining environment. If you have a pleasing personality, can work independently, and are ready to provide exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Arabic is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a casual to fine dining setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Immediate availability is a plus

  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel at home.
• Provide the highest level of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Be attentive to guests’ needs and address any concerns promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to company standards and procedures.
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards.
• Prepare and organize the dining area for busy service.
• Ensure all cutlery, glassware, and condiments are clean and well-presented.
• Use upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
• Learn the menu thoroughly and communicate specials and changes to guests.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist colleagues as needed to ensure smooth service.
• Thank guests and invite them to return, recognizing regular patrons.
