QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail math principles and ability to analyze sales reports.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette when interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage a diverse team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Experience in recruiting and training staff is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
