We are seeking an experienced Humans Resources Secretary III who has a proven track record of assisting a team onsite and able to meet deadlines with quality deliverables.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of theHumans Resources Secretary III is to support Western Area Power Administration, located in Lakewood, CO.

- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience of at least 5-years.
- Must be willing to participate in federal background investigation and drug test.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors
- Making travel arrangements, preparing travel vouchers, and entering information and data into Concur
- Manage post employee 30-day follow up
- Initiate and process employee awards
- Responsible for a variety of duties using multiple databases and on-line programs
- Develop regular/recurring queries and gather and analyze data to prepare reports
- Maintain up-to-date posting of Position Descriptions using Share Point
- Maintain and post information/documents to internal web page
- Assists with scheduling from the HR Directors calendar
- Maintain up-to-date posting of Phone Directory and Organizational Charts
- Able to proofread and edit documents
- Taking Meeting Notes
- Scheduling Meetings
