We are seeking an experienced Humans Resources Secretary III who has a proven track record of assisting a team onsite and able to meet deadlines with quality deliverables.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The role of theHumans Resources Secretary III is to support Western Area Power Administration, located in Lakewood, CO.

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience of at least 5-years.
  • Must be willing to participate in federal background investigation and drug test.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors
  • Making travel arrangements, preparing travel vouchers, and entering information and data into Concur
  • Manage post employee 30-day follow up
  • Initiate and process employee awards
  • Responsible for a variety of duties using multiple databases and on-line programs
  • Develop regular/recurring queries and gather and analyze data to prepare reports
  • Maintain up-to-date posting of Position Descriptions using Share Point
  • Maintain and post information/documents to internal web page
  • Assists with scheduling from the HR Directors calendar
  • Maintain up-to-date posting of Phone Directory and Organizational Charts
  • Able to proofread and edit documents
  • Taking Meeting Notes
  • Scheduling Meetings
