Undertaking in-house training on the role and equipment which require replenishment To collect, clean, decontaminate and prepare equipment following correct procedure To keep storage areas in good order and report any loss or damage to the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse or Matron. Advise the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse/ Modern Matron in respect of the overall provision of the service in relation to equipment. Ensure the correct, safe and appropriate use of equipment Participating in monitoring the quality of service to ensure that customer needs are met Contributing to the overall tidiness and efficiency of the department Report to nurse in charge/ward manager at the beginning of each shift to identify priorities for the day Please refer to the Job Description for full details of the role
