Description:

We are seeking to recruit a professional and enthusiastic Ward Clerk for a full-time position. As the welcoming face of our unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.
Administration and Process Control : Ensure smooth application and control of all administration, clerical, and computer processes.
Effective Communication : Provide effective communication to both patients and staff to enhance patient care.
Information Management : Record, restore, and supply information using a paper-based filing system (alphabetical or numerical).
Document Preparation : Prepare, print, save, and store documents and letters using a computerised system.
Accurate Record-Keeping : Accurately record patient attendances on the hospitals computer system PAS, including inpatients, day cases, and ward attenders.
