    You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be friendly and approachable with good telephone manner.
    Able to use IT facilities for patient’s information retrieval.
    Problem solving skills and ability to use own initiative to identify improvements and to use negotiating skills to implement changes
    Excellent Interpersonal skills allowing effective communication between all internal and external service users
    Ability to work to tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure
    Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations

Responsibilities:

To support the ward manager and nursing team as directed with administrative support,
To provide a full and comprehensive administrative support for the ward manager, this may include meetings, bookings and trainings and organisation of development of staff.
To be highly organised as well as being flexible and possessing the ability to work as an integral team member
Motivated and dynamic personality ready to use initiative and innovation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to use IT skills and computers
