Description:
The Post holder will be responsible for the effective day to day delivery of forensic mental health ward services within the designated team area. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of resources and staff employed by both SWYPFT and integrated partners with agreed permissions framework to act in conjunction with other ward managers, professionals, disciplines and partners. The post holder will be expected to have strong clinical and leadership skills and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality forensic mental health services
