As part of our Warehouse service this position will report to the Warehouse Operations Manager and will be involved in all the activities concerning the shipments and orders management with focus on German market.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support the shipment activities and the relative issues
Cooperate to handle the German Customer Service
Contribute to the negotiation with couriers and fee’s monitoring
Order’s monitoring and estimate the alignment with the assigned timeline
Release the delivery notes
Manage transfer and return orders
Download invoices from arena systems
Contribute to the goods restoration process

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum two years’ experience in logistic activities.
Fluent in German and English language, both spoken and written
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS-Excel
Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
Prepositive and team working attitude
Adaptable and pragmatic
Strong attention for details and deadlines
