We are hiring for a Warehouse Administrative Specialist to work out of our Livermore Service Center.

    Responsibilities:
    The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional
    multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly,
    non-exempt, at-will position, that is fully based in the Livermore Service Center. This is a full-time position with overtime.
    Must be able to work full shifts and overtime as needed.
    Primarily responsible for the Warehouse Administrative Specialist I is to support the center with data

entry for inventory and cycle counts keeping accurate data in ServiceTitans.

  • Taking the physical counts and material movement that the warehouse team performs and entering them into ServiceTitan, our dispatch and business software.
  • Entering daily warehouse and vehicle cycle counts in ServiceTitan
  • Document all daily material movement in ServiceTitan.
  • Receive daily material deliveries with ServiceTitan.
  • Track equipment inventory in ServiceTitan.
  • Close out purchase orders in ServiceTitan.
  • Submit part and equipment warranty and reimbursement claims.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor/manager

Qualifications:

  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good organizational and time management skills; ability to perform high priority duties daily.
  • Have a strong desire to grow and take your skill set to the next level.
  • Be able to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills; at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Strong communication, friendly and approachable.
  • Committed adherence to the company’s core values and core purpose.
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, write in the English language
  • Background and drug screening required upon job offer

attention to detail is required to safely perform tasks.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the noise level is usually moderate.
Occasionally requires exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Must maintain confidentiality with client
information.
