    The warehouse department is fast paced and forms an essential part of the depot in delivering the right products to our customers on time.
    We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our Warehouse Administration team.

In this role you will ensure that customer order documentation is processed thoroughly and efficiently daily.

  • Working with the voice management console to release orders for picking
  • Printing and monitoring alerts created
  • Liaising with customer service and actioning cancellations, TFT’s and other customer requests
  • Using Minster to carefully and correctly amend necessary orders due to stock shortages
  • Printing invoices for the next day deliveries and liaising with the transport department
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Managers and Supervisors to communicate warehouse functions
  • Enter pick volumes onto spreadsheets, print off and record chamber temperature logs
  • Additional administration support to the warehouse department
  • STV Checking

The successful candidate must have excellent PC skills and telephone manner, be educated to GCSE level, be numerate, literate, and highly organised.
Although previous experience in operating equipment e.g. printer, photocopier would be advantageous, it is not essential, as full training will be given. Full training will also be given on the voice management console and Minster. You are required to be flexible in your hours of work if needed.
