YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably as an office/forwarding clerk
  • At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Very good MS Office skills, in particular Excel, Access and CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Good knowledge of ATLAS customs declaration
  • Convincing communication skills in German and English are essential
  • Negotiating skills and independence
  • High flexibility, reliability and ability to work in a team

Responsibilities:

We, at MiSUMi, are looking for a Warehouse Administrator (m|f|div). As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for efficient warehouse organization and management. You will monitor stock levels, coordinate deliveries and orders and ensure a smooth workflow. Your role is crucial for the fulfillment of customer orders and compliance with our quality standards.

  • Prepare, create and print delivery bills and assign internal shipping instructions
  • Fill out waybills for TNT, Fedex, DHL and register with the carrier on the same day
  • Handling and preparation of customs clearance via ATLAS
  • Complaints management
  • Calculation of delivery times and shipping costs
  • Tariffing of freight and overseas shipments (import / export)
  • Determination of goods tariff numbers and country of origin
  • Monitoring and determination of open shipping orders
  • Creating long-term supplier declarations
  • Printing labels for the stock items to be picked
