As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in our Air Cargo Warehouse, where you will be responsible for efficiently moving loads and freight while adhering to strict security and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS WILL BE:-

  • Load and off-load freight from and onto vehicles with precision and efficiency.
  • Place and retrieve freight in and from designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Build cargo onto aircraft units according to airline specifications, prioritizing safety and adherence to guidelines.
  • Complete documentation accurately to record details and movement of freight, mail, and equipment, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Conduct necessary checks on imports and exports to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements, including security and regulatory protocols.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:-

  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders.
  • A valid driver’s licence, demonstrating the ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Forklift experience is preferred, as it will be advantageous for handling cargo efficiently.
  • Proficiency in manual handling of heavy goods, showcasing physical strength and capability to lift and move items as required.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as our business operates 24/7 to meet customer demands and deadlines.
