Your role will be improving inventory management and fostering continuous advancement in our warehousing methods. What You’ll Do for Us

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically developing and implementing plans to maximize warehouse space utilization for optimizing operations.
  • Analyzing warehouse capacity and quality assurance standards to provide decisive insights concerning inventory risks and logistics of warehouse capacity.
  • Supporting for continuous improvement procedures in receiving, production supply, and site-to-site transportation while scheduling material receipts in sync with warehouse capacity.
  • Keep for model customer service standards, communicating, and facilitating necessary changes in material traffic for optimal receipt processes.
  • Administering accurate use of purchase requisition protocols for warehouse supplies and innovating solutions that elevate warehousing practices.
  • Calculating standard cycle times to balance workloads in diverse warehouse procedures and employing lean manufacturing staples for enduring process enhancement.
  • Implementing warehouse layout improvements intentionally designed to boost productivity.

What We’re Looking for

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or related.
  • 2 years of experience in warehouse management and inventory planning.
  • Management software (SAP) and advanced Microsoft Office. Awareness and compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 14000 & OSHA 18000 standards, GWP, HACCP, and ISO-related policies and procedures.
  • A Six Sigma Yellow Belt is desirable but not mandatory.
  • English fluency equivalent to B2 level would be beneficial.
