Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Analyst located in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Must understand End to End process for the whole warehouse operation.
• Review & update Work Instructions (WI) for warehouse operation & activities.
• Must know Warehouse Baan transaction from Raw materials/ Purchased part receiving, put away, storage, kitting trolley, Issuing, until FG receiving & shipment.
• To focus on the Baan System Development-related warehouse.
• To manage warehouse operations.
• To drive warehouse improvement project.
• To participate in IKW/SGA.
• To coordinate with warehouse supervisors & leaders for new process implementation.
• To work with internal stakeholders (production, planner, buyer, PM) to ensure smooth warehouse operation.
• To drive cost savings for warehouse-related activities & operations.
• To optimize warehouse space.
• To provide solutions when there is any warehouse-related issue.
• To analyze the root cause & provide Corrective Action if any.
• Adhere/comply with 5S principles, Security, and Safety Compliances at the workplace.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team :

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 3 years of related experience.
