The Opportunity …:

  • Allocate stock to proper locations in warehouse
  • Create and assign locations for new stock items when necessary
  • Responsible for physical inventory accuracy, as well as maintaining an accurate inventory within Proseal ERP system, including but is not limited to, performing physical weekly, monthly and yearly inventory
  • Compile inventory reports and issue to management when required
  • Receive and fulfill all bills of material required for internal production and customer orders
  • Receive and inspect all goods that enter the building, ensuring they are properly and accurately recorded in company system of record
  • Confirm packages contain accurate ordered quantities; forward all discrepancies or damaged goods to the procurement department to resolve
  • Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes
  • Develop understanding of company database and all applicable aspects related to job role
  • Sign for packages and unload any material (aluminum, freight etc.) when necessary
  • Responsible for proper organization and general cleanliness of Stores area
  • Assist in organizing, process and ship domestic and international stores and freight orders when necessary
  • Assist in palletizing tools and loading/strapping machines in trucks when necessary
  • Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures
  • Carry out any other duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/ GED or higher
  • Previous experience (6 months) within a warehouse environment
  • Good communication skills & positive attitude
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships to work as a team
  • Demonstrate a high degree of reliability, flexibility, and self-motivation
  • Problem solving skills
  • Able to work overtime on occasion as needed
  • Able to pass a background check and drug test

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technology based Associates Degree/ Technical or Vocational training preferred
  • Experience driving a Forklift is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work in a climate-controlled factory
  • Stand continuously for long periods of time
  • Wearing of safety clothing and equipment is required
  • Able to kneel, bend, crouch and climb ladders to access various parts of a machine
  • Able to lift-up to 50Ibs
