About the role
We are seeking a values-driven Warehouse and Retail Assistant who will be responsible for handling the movement of goods in and out of the Warehouse, and Noosa region Family Stores. The role will also provide warehouse assistance, inclusive of truck driving, and retail assistance, at Noosa Warehouse, and other Family Stores as needed to assist in the overall productivity of the Family Stores, in line with TSA mission.
You will successfully
- Undertake the pickup and delivery of all goods in accordance with the written schedule as per WH&S Manual Handling procedures and other policies and procedures.
- Maintain stock to required standards and ensure goods are stored appropriately.
- Understand and determine the value of brands and quality products and carry out procedures related to TSA pickup protocols.
- Operate the company vehicle in a safe and effective manner in order to minimise the risk of injury, property damage, loss of life and ensure appropriate maintenance/service and cleanliness of vehicle inside/outside.
- Ensure timely removal of soiled rubbish and bins to refuse centre.
This is a casual position located in Noosaville, QLD. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the General Retail Level 3 Award.
You will have
- Minimum 2yrs experience in driving/operating commercial vehicles.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Competent computer skills and ability to use software applications to complete work and training goals.
- Current valid Driver’s Licence.
