JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our Logistics team. The Warehouse Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not essential.
• Forklift Truck licence preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to details.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

HOURS: Monday to Friday 6am to 4pm.

• Operations

1. Inventory Management:

• Organise and store items in the appropriate locations within the Warehouse.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in conducting inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

1. Warehouse Maintenance:

• Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.

1. Receiving and Inspecting goods:

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Report any discrepancies or damages to the Warehouse Manager.

1. Order Fulfilment:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
