Job Description

- Have the forklift license (or you are eager to get certificate provided by felyx).
- Have a warehouse previous experience (prepare the orders, move boxes, tag and organize spareparts, prepare shipments, etc.).
- Have experience with Supply Chain ERP (Sap, Oracle, Etendo, etc.) to manage purchases, stocks, etc.
- Have an intermediate level of English (B1 at least), to communicate with the Headquartes.
- Have part time availability (3 days per week, between Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday)
- Have availability to reach the working location, in Best.
- Are looking for a long term project.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify the quantity and quality of spare parts received.
- Record incoming products in the ERP (inventory system).
- Notify suppliers or the purchasing team of any discrepancies or defects in incoming products.
- Properly label products and ensure that storage locations are updated in the system.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders of motorbike spare parts for shipment to different cities.
- Coordinate with transport companies to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
- Track shipments and resolve any problems that may arise during transport.
- Maintain fluid communication with collegues of other cities and HQ on shipping, inventory status and replenishment needs.
- Participate in inventory audits and quality control processes
