JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfilment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to the team’s success.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
- Strong work ethic and dependability with a commitment to punctuality and attendance
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and report any discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves and bins as needed.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and shipments, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments and inventory.
