Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper cum Driver (Class 3)

• Possess Class 3 Driving License
• Warehouse Assistant Exp
• Able to work Rotating Shifts (Morn / Noon)
• Able to work on Weekends & Public Holidays

Job Scope:

• Support in daily warehouse operation
• Handle receiving, sorting, pick, packing, etc
• Assist in parts exchange, distribute parts to other location, etc
• Perform detailed checks and testing on Spare Parts (to ensure they are received in good condition)
• Perform simple configurations to repaired / new Spare Part
• Periodic stocktaking and maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor the movement of Spare Parts and update the system
• Printing and pasting of labels for the Spare Parts
• Assist in reporting and documentation
• Perform daily housekeeping of the storeroom
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess Singapore Class 3 Driving License
• Possess Warehouse Assistant experience
• Basic computer skill (MS Words & Excel)
• Proficiency in ERP Systems is advantageous
• Attention to details & organized
• Good team player
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts, on weekends and PHs

Other Information:

• Working Hour: Rotating Shifts ( 7am – 4.30pm / 1pm – 10.30pm )
• Salary: Up to $2800 + OT + AWS + VB
• Location: CBD
