JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are accurately stored, picked, and shipped. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of equipment safely.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and safety protocols is advantageous.
• Experience with inventory management systems or order fulfillment processes is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks to load and unload materials.
• Build and assemble pallets for storage or shipment.
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Perform order picking tasks to ensure accurate selection of products for customer orders.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in managing stock levels.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and update records as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
