Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA, 91730
Skills: Third-party logistics company seeks experienced Warehouse/Fulfillment Assistant as part of our growing team. Positions will be responsible for a range of warehousing, materials handling, inventory control, pick/pack, inventory management, cleaning and operational activities. Basic computer skills needed for printing labels and orders. Report to Warehouse Leads or Operations Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 2+ year of previous warehousing experience
- Must have reliable transportation, and at least a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be punctual, reliable, have EXCELLENT math and counting skills, and EXTREME attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy
- Must be able to lift 45-pounds for Fulfillment Asst, stand or walk continuously for long periods of time, and work year-round in a warehouse without climate controls
- Good ability to read, write and speak English (bilingual Spanish applicants great but NOT required)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, and all applicants will be subject to BOTH a mandatory drug screen and a criminal background check
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and ability to communicate with other team members required

Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling outbound goods orders (cases or pallets), including picking/packing, kitting, weighing, stickering, labeling, wrapping, generation of shipping orders, staging, etc.
- Accurately receiving, loading/unloading, counting, storing and organizing of palletized and non-palletized goods using pallet jacks, and manual labor
- Inspecting shipments for quality control, as well as recording/providing accurate product information for inventory and billing purposes
- Undertaking regular and 100% accurate inventory cycle counts, as directed
- Keep 100% accurate tallies, counts and order information to verify which orders have been filled and/or shipped
- Providing support for warehouse and fulfillment staff, as well as periodic assembly and kitting projects with high degree of quality and product care
- Helping to verify and prepare shipping/freight orders to meet customer requirements
- Assisting in inventory counts, supplies restocking, and maintaining packing/assembly work areas highly clean and organized
- Communicating professionally with other Warehouse and Fulfillment Team members, Customer Service and other GLF staff regarding shipments, order details, inventory, errors, or other operational issues
- Helping maintain clean and organized warehouse and facilities, with high standards for properly handling/organizing of customers’ products and company tools/equipment
- Strictly following quality, safety, health-related and workplace behavior standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operations at the company
