Job Description: Warehouse Associate II
Reports to: Warehouse Manager/Warehouse Assistant Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt
What we expect from you: This role will be an integral part of the Warehouse and quality control team! The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated individual who learns quickly and is able to work in a fast paced operation team environment.
Responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties involved with receiving, stocking, filling orders, shipping, and warehouse maintenance, in compliance with current Jon Renau warehouse functions policies and procedures.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

- Maintain accountability when tasks are assigned, perform the duties required, and to be present for proper shifts in order to fulfill or further the goals of Jon Renau
- Represent and be open to open communications, solutions-oriented communication and feedback from peers and clients
- Deliver an exceptional service experience to Jon Renau Clients and all end consumers with a positive outlook and pleasant manner.
- Actively participate in level 10 meetings to bring positive feedback to the team
- Follow proper safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment
- Pick and packing: Assembling customer orders by pulling from stock and relocating to a designated area, with scanners and picking sheet to maintain the customer experience
- Inventory: Assisting in counting of physical inventory on a daily basis using RF Smart scanners, Netsuite to cross check stock and maintain accurate inventory.
- Returns: Processing inbound returns from customers, which includes receiving returns, processing credits to customers as well as completing the necessary paperwork for cases going back to sales or customers
- Quality: Assisting in quality inspection as needed as to follow quality inspection procedures and document findings and reporting approval or rejects
- Always organize the warehouse and work area for cleanliness
- Monitor for errors on monthly basis to ensure the accountability
- Able to rotate from shipping and receiving roles when need be
- Performing other warehouse related duties, as assigned by the warehouse Manager
When applicable:
- Examine and inspect incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, wears and defects and report any issues to supervisor immediately.
- Create required documentation for shipments such as Bills of Lading and packing slips
- Ensure orders are accurate and complete through the verification of appropriate paperwork for shipping, including Bills of Lading, customs forms, and invoices.
- Manage the day-to-day operations responsibilities of the warehouse including, receiving, cataloging, loading, and unloading.
- Ensure efficient space utilization through the organization of the warehouse
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Related warehouse experience is required.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Able to lift 20 lbs./Frequent standing, bending, lifting, reaching and climbing.
