Warehouse Associate Inventory Control _ Afternoon Shift

Job purpose: The warehouse team is the backbone of our organization; we strive to provide fast and accurate deliveries to our clients. This means that a day to day involves shipping out the orders all while insuring accuracy, as well as picking orders using an RF scanner, receiving and placing the shipments .The work schedules are as follows;
Monday – Friday : 3:00pm - 11:30pm (40hrs)

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Education (preferred)
• Shipping and/or receiving (an asset)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with previous Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Must be able to manipulate stock weighing up to 50lbs
• All applicants are subject to mandatory criminal background verification

• Placing and categorizing stock using an RF Scanner
• Conducting cycle counting and managing physical inventory of products
• Investigating inventory discrepancies and ensuring stock accuracy
• Allocating stock efficiently to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Serving as the communication point for internal inquiries regarding stock and inventory
• Managing Dangerous Goods in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Performing general warehouse functions as needed
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping all areas of the warehouse, including workstations, clean and organized
