As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the efficient handling and storage of our products. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Processing: Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verifying their contents and ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to quality standards and delivery deadlines.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for any damage or defects, ensuring only high-quality items are shipped to customers.
  • Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly operational goals.
