JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, the Warehouse Chief oversees the management of both the finished product and raw material warehouses, along with the processes of material receipt from suppliers, supplying production lines, and dispatching shipments to customers.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinating activities related to the 5S system in their designated areas.
• Allocating space for material storage based on current and projected inventories as estimated by the Planning department.
• Planning and coordinating the recruitment of staff necessary for operations in line with customer demand.
• Managing customer shipments.
• Organizing activities for the storage and protection of materials in the warehouses.
• Enhancing customer service by improving delivery times.
• Streamlining warehouse operations, transportation, and associated services.
• Ensuring proper adherence to procedures in the finished product and raw material warehouses.
