Description:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 0-2 year experience in clerical work, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  • Working knowledge of business English, spelling, and arithmetic; office practices and procedures; departmental rules and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Strong team player.
  • Computer skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS

Pay Range: 24.02 (Min) - 24.02 (Mid) - 30.19 (Max) Hourl

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing orders and returns for processing
  • Preparing reports that may involve tabulations and simple math calculations as required.
  • Communicating with vendors about incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Monitoring communications from vendors and following up in a reasonable time period.
  • Conducting research of records of information related to orders and returns, or other records or information.
  • Indexes records and information and file in established files.
  • Operating a computer, calculator, copier, and/or other office machines.
  • Performing such other duties as assigned.
