The Opportunity
As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing and shipping products in accordance with company standards. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Management team to ensure efficient and accurate execution of shipping tasks. Your role will be to support overall logistics operations, ensuring that orders are processed on time and delivered to customers in good condition.

What you will be doing…

  • Prepare orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy of products, quantities and shipping documents.
  • Pack products carefully to ensure safe transport and damage-free delivery.
  • Verify the accuracy of delivery addresses and coordinate with carriers to ensure prompt and punctual shipment.
  • Maintain warehouse organization by ensuring proper stock rotation and reporting stock problems to the manager.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards by handling products and following established procedures to avoid shipping errors.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve shipping processes and resolve logistical problems efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns and any shipping problems to ensure traceability and rapid problem resolution.

Who you are…

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Communication skills to coordinate with other team members and carriers.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks related to product handling.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and shipping software an advantage.

To qualify, you have…

  • At least one year’s experience in a related position.
  • Ability to meet physical demands including stretching, bending, walking, pushing, pulling or lifting (50lbs) and standing.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook and Excel
