Job Description
- Manage the standard KPI’s, monitoring and contractual targets, PDCA in case of deviations including claims management
- Act as a first point of contact for Customer for Warehouse topics
- Ensure synergy between Warehouse and Transport
- Manage AAXAA process with warehouse provider including year end activities
- Co-ordinating annual stock-takes within Warehouse
- Support activities within Lean Maturity program
- Ensuring quality and accuracy of purchase order/Supplier invoicing process
- Manage warehouse costs to ensure they are accurate including appropriate reporting
- Actively collaborate with Customer and Supplier to ensure up-to-date Forecasts and planning.
- Ensure robust planning for Peak trading periods i.e. capacities, resource etc
- To support in WMS system (BOWAS) topics if required
- Participate in Tender processes
- Drive cost saving initiatives from inception to execution
QUALIFICATIONS
- A level standard, equivalent or applicable experience.
- Understanding of logistic supply chain
- Excellent Communication and organisational Skills
- Process orientated.
- An organised, collaborative and resilient individual who has the ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment
- An enthusiastic individual in resolving problems and identifying business improvements and being tenacious in their realisation.
- Results focused and future orientated. Ability to multi-task and adapt very quickly to changes in the working environment.
