Job Description

  • Manage the standard KPI’s, monitoring and contractual targets, PDCA in case of deviations including claims management
  • Act as a first point of contact for Customer for Warehouse topics
  • Ensure synergy between Warehouse and Transport
  • Manage AAXAA process with warehouse provider including year end activities
  • Co-ordinating annual stock-takes within Warehouse
  • Support activities within Lean Maturity program
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy of purchase order/Supplier invoicing process
  • Manage warehouse costs to ensure they are accurate including appropriate reporting
  • Actively collaborate with Customer and Supplier to ensure up-to-date Forecasts and planning.
  • Ensure robust planning for Peak trading periods i.e. capacities, resource etc
  • To support in WMS system (BOWAS) topics if required
  • Participate in Tender processes
  • Drive cost saving initiatives from inception to execution

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A level standard, equivalent or applicable experience.
  • Understanding of logistic supply chain
  • Excellent Communication and organisational Skills
  • Process orientated.
  • An organised, collaborative and resilient individual who has the ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment
  • An enthusiastic individual in resolving problems and identifying business improvements and being tenacious in their realisation.
  • Results focused and future orientated. Ability to multi-task and adapt very quickly to changes in the working environment.
