Description:

As a Warehouse Coordinator at Rentokil Initial, you will be responsible for the seamless management of inventory within our warehouse. Your key tasks will include overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of products while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. You will implement the FIFO method for inventory rotation and ensure accurate data entry in our systems. Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections of received goods and report any discrepancies or issues to relevant stakeholders. Your role will be critical in maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect materials, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Organize the warehouse space effectively and ensure that stock is recorded correctly.
  • Monitor temperature and humidity levels, taking action as necessary.
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Maintain an efficient filing and archiving system for records.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical Diploma preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or stock keeping roles.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain attention to detail.
