POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse & Delivery Associate is responsible for shipping & receiving in the warehouse, inventory control and scheduling customer deliveries.
Education:
- High school degree or equivalen
Experience:
- Prior experience in warehouse operations preferre
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record required
- Basic computer skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Outlook require

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive product shipments and maintain inventory controls
- Pick and stage next day deliveries and organize by truck
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse by routinely sweeping, removing trash and keeping materials organized
Delivery Scheduling:
- Call customers to schedule delivery and installation of product
- Accurately maintain schedule of deliveries in Outlook and Iridium
- Print delivery orders to prepare for picking of items in warehouse
- Close out daily delivery tickets
Delivery & Installation:
- Will be required to fill in as a Delivery & Installation Technician when necessary to ensure products are delivered as scheduled.
- Able to build equipment using proper tools and instructions.
- Able to test and properly present equipment to customers in home.
Maintain Best Work Practices:
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees, customers, owners and vendors.
- Understand and follow all safety policies.
- Punctual: begins work on time and returns from lunch and breaks on time
- All paperwork and database entries filled out completely and accurately
- Promote a positive team atmosphere with co-workers
- Other projects as assigned
