• You will take the lead in implementing all JYSK policies and procedures for a whole new Warehouse
• Incorporate the local regulations and ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are followed
• Secure optimal filling degree, correct flow and coordinate staff resources in close cooperation with the Team leader
• Secure Employment Law, rules and regulations are followed
• Continuous improvement of the Warehouse operations and services standard
• Collaborate across departments in Ireland and Denmark through constructive communication and feedback
• Living up to our JYSK Values; Tradesman, Colleague and Corporate spirit and Leadership; Leader, Coach and Communicator
• Expect traveling to other JYSK Distribution Centres in Europa for educational purposes
• You will get the overall responsibility for the Warehouse and reports to the Operation Manager located in Denmar
