Description:
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL….
provide support on the daily operational activities of the buyback back-end team.
Be involved in administrative services related to management of trade-in related queries received from different distribution channels and partners. These involve pricing, providing resolution to several technical issues, exercise of judgment in the acceptance of trade-in devices based on the acceptance criteria.
Provide support in validating partner invoices before payment with the observance of set validation period.
Provide daily device quality checking output following the standard quality checking criteria.
Maintain warehouse inventory of stocks in order, conduct daily inventory and ensure stocks are within acceptable age.
Observe Bolttech company policies.
YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Candidate must possess a background in repair and technical skills on handheld devices. TESDA certification is a plus.
- Be able to identify the acceptability of a trade-in device inquired by the sales team and other distribution channels while considering the interest of the bolttech in terms of profit.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks assigned while ensuring quality of work output.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and creative problem solver.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
- Computer literacy and excellent skills in office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative tasks to support the business operations requirement of the trade-in business from different distribution channels.
- Supporting the quality checking of traded devices, transparently indicate any issues, record shrinkage for the monthly feedback to stores and charging more than the acceptable cap.
- Preparation of reports on the device trade-in volume, support the after-quality check reports, coordination with courier partners in placing orders, bookings to collect the trade-in devices from the partner stores. Additionally, you will be able to perform validation of bills/charges received from buy back partner-stores, courier vendor ensuring accuracy of payments to be made.
- Protect the interest of bolttech by safeguarding the buyback warehouse from any unauthorize access which will result to a device loss.
- Work flexibly during mall operating hours, regular business hours or as required by the business and provide the requested price received from bolttech sales team and protect the company against any fraud related to the device assessment.
- Monitor any pricing movement by constantly coordinating with the external buyers, sellers, and other markets.
- Support in the creation of the pricing matrix.
- Perform other buyback related tasks assigned from time to time.
