Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Warehouse Executive who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe working environment.
This position will be based in Dammam Second Industrial City 2 and will report to the Customer Service and Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.
- Manage warehouse personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality.
- If the role has subordinates: Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs
- Organizing handling of all incoming orders and activities related to this
- Planning and organizing daily distribution and activities related to this
- Manage all operations within the warehouse, e.g., receiving RMs and packaging, and controlling Certificate of Analysis, safe storage, counting and distribution.
- Handle non-conform goods, Expired Good (Raw Material & Finish Good) , Sales Return ,Semi Finished Goods & Fines(WIP)
- Monitor transport delivery performance
- Prepare & apply online permit to Ministry of Industry (Senaei) for non-dangerous materials.
- Prepare & Apply permit to HCIS (High Commission for Industrial Security) / MOI-IS (Ministry of Interior-Industrial Security) for the dangerous goods.
- Prepare & submit monthly report of Stock status of dangerous goods to HCIS (High Commission for Industrial Security) / MOI-IS (Ministry of Interior-Industrial Security), Dammam in person.
- Visit (Ministry of Industry) to attest (Certificate of Origin) for export shipments.
- Ensure the dangerous goods are stored at designated location /Warehouse as per the guidelines provided by MODON.
- Provide relevant training/Induction to the warehouse operators on handling of dangerous goods at required frequency.
