Warehouse Executive

Our client is in the Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, such as receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics and shipment processes.
• Coordinate with the EHS Officer to ensure compliance with safety standards at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of warehouse activities.
• Lead and conduct cycle counts with team members to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Plan and allocate manpower resources efficiently to meet operational demands.
• Perform staff evaluations and provide necessary supervision and guidance.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and organizational efficiency.
• Work in close coordination with the Sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain or related
• Min 1 year of experience in relevant industry
