YOUR NEW ROLE

Centurion Transport in Perth is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Warehouse operations department full-time as a Freight Officer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a permanent, full-time position where they can contribute to the smooth running of our warehouse operations and make a real impact on our business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient pick packing, handling and receipting of freight and using your skills to manage goods with precision and care. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Occasionally operate a high reach truck/forklift, up to 6m high
• Occasionally operating a forklift (2.5T-16T counterbalance) to load and unload freight in a safe and timely manner
• Pick packing of general mining freight/equipment
• Enter data into our SAP and/or WMS computer system
• Ensuring all scanning is accurate and complete for all freight
• Guaranteeing freight is loaded in time to meet scheduled vehicle departure times

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

• Current Forklift Licence (LF) and experience
• Preferred experience with general freight or warehousing
• Computer literacy and previous SAP/WMS experience (preferred)
• Preferred RF or Zebra scanner experience
• Ability to take direction from management and supervisors
• Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, and RIPPA values
