The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervise the team members and inventory process to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved
• Oversee the schedule and attendance of all employees within the department
• Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower
• Maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the entire inventory process and optimize the use of space in the warehouse
• Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
• Provide performance reports to Inventory Lead for internal review.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
• Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
• Intermediate computer skills such as Excel/GSheet.
• Has supervisory experience for contract employees
• Working hours pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required
• Working location: Bukit Raja, Klang.
