POSITION SUMMARY

AMF Bakery Systems is seeking a passionate leader to support the AMF Warehouse team. As an AMF Team leader you will focus on leading and participating in the daily activities of the warehouse, including but not limited to receiving, shipping, and inventory management. This position will ensure that the Warehouse Team is performing at the highest levels such that AMF continues to deliver world-class quality products to their customers. Team Leaders will engage in and lead day-to-day team operations, drive process improvements, and develop team skills through training and hiring. The Team Leader reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor/Associate degree or a combination of education, experience and licensing
• Hands on Warehouse experience
• Experience managing teams or having direct reports
• Ability to comprehend and execute verbal, written and drawn instructions

(incl. 2D and 3D engineering drawings and/or schematics)

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Ability to access and develop individual and team skills/capabilities
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
