ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a self driven and high-performing Warehouse Lead to oversee a team of Warehouse Associates across the Victorville and Ontario,CA region.
- Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
- Type: Full Time
- Hours: 5am start time
- Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
- Job Site: Warehouse Leads will start and end shifts at the Clutter depot at 12210 Innovation Way, Adelanto, CA 92301.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations for Clutter’s warehouse
- Coordinate tasks with teams of 2-3 associates
- Move, pack, scan, and palletize items safely (items often weigh more than 50 lbs)
- Facilitate loading / unloading of items onto transfer trucks
- Ensure process is followed by performing frequent quality audits
- Manage stocking of warehouse supplies in designated areas
- Scan and organize customer items using our self-built mobile app
- Warehouse Leads are responsible for following and promoting all safety standards of conduct
- Lead other warehouse projects as needed
