QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic Excel and Word
Experience as a lead in a warehouse.
The salary range for this position is based on contracted rates. The position is eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor accurate records of shipments and warehouse.
- Conduct monthly inventory audits to ensure accuracy - both Customer and Vibrint.
- Coordinate with Shipping/Billing and CSR’s to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare/stage/shipments for delivery.
- Ensure the customer shipping requirement and guidelines are followed.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders/packing list.
- Receive incoming goods, inspect them for quality, and update inventory records.
- Arrange with our current logistic companies for shipments and prepare product and including documentation.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding documentation.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate logistics activities.
- Assist Operations team in responding to inquiries from customers and address any shipping-related issues, including RMA’s.
- Report and address any issues related to damaged or defective products.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in logistics and transportation regulations.
- Identify and resolve issues related to logistics processes.
- Address any delays or disruptions in the supply chain.
- Identify and resolve issues related to logistics processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to streamline operations.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for process improvement.
- Abide by corporate policies and procedures as set by management.
- Follow our Logistics and Counterfeit and Traceability Plan and Procedures to ensure we continue to maintain ISO 9001: 2015 standards, which includes noting any Non-Conformation or Corrective Actions.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain and own our Foreign Object Debris / Damage process and training.
