QUALIFICATIONS
- You have at least 2 years related experience in:
- Warehouse logistics
- WMS and inventory management
- International Shipping, knowledge of customs, brokerage, duty
- Technology including Office 365
- Shopify - working knowledge an asset
- You are comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment environment with deadlines.
- You are fluent in English, second language an asset.
- You are interested in social responsibility and sustainability.
- You are capable of doing physical work, including lifting and standing.

Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders
- Receiving: Receive, count and inspect incoming inventory, reporting on discrepancies and quality issues. Receive into WMS.
- Customer Service: Manage and respond to all online store email inboxes, responding to all inquiries within 2 hours.
- Inventory Control: Maintain WMS to ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock levels. Coordinate inventory counts as per schedule.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents, including commercial invoices.
- Shipping: Coordinate all outbound shipping, providing customs, brokerage and duty information as required.
- Supplies: Maintain warehouse and office supplies.
- Systems: Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems
- Meetings: Participate in E Commerce weekly team meetings and participate in special projects as required.
