QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have at least 2 years related experience in:


    • Warehouse logistics

    • WMS and inventory management
    • International Shipping, knowledge of customs, brokerage, duty
    • Technology including Office 365
    • Shopify - working knowledge an asset
    • You are comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment environment with deadlines.
    • You are fluent in English, second language an asset.
    • You are interested in social responsibility and sustainability.
    • You are capable of doing physical work, including lifting and standing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders
    • Receiving: Receive, count and inspect incoming inventory, reporting on discrepancies and quality issues. Receive into WMS.
    • Customer Service: Manage and respond to all online store email inboxes, responding to all inquiries within 2 hours.
    • Inventory Control: Maintain WMS to ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock levels. Coordinate inventory counts as per schedule.
    • Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents, including commercial invoices.
    • Shipping: Coordinate all outbound shipping, providing customs, brokerage and duty information as required.
    • Supplies: Maintain warehouse and office supplies.
    • Systems: Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems
    • Meetings: Participate in E Commerce weekly team meetings and participate in special projects as required.
