We began as a cult blog of contemporary artists and grew organically into the world’s largest and most engaged online art community, with more than 2 million of our followers under the age of 35. We collaborate with iconic contemporary artists like Jenny Holzer, Cai Guo-Qiang, Claire Tabouret and Hank Willis Thomas, making their work more accessible to younger collectors through sculpture editions, print editions and unique works on paper of exceptional quality.
We have built a highly engaged community of next-generation art collectors, which means our artist launches are heavily oversubscribed, with many behaving more like fashion drops, selling out in seconds.

WHAT WE NEED

We’re looking for a dynamic and organised Warehouse & Logistics Executive to take care of all things shipping related. We really do encourage everyone to proactively step outside of their job description if they see something that could be improved, but the core of your role will involve:

THE MAIN SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR ARE:

• A growth and improvement mindset: you are always looking for a better or more efficient way of doing things while also keeping project budget and team KPIs top of mind. You are a fast learner and data savvy, always keeping an eye on the metrics that matter to track your progress as well as identify areas for improvement.
• Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail: making sure we deliver an exceptional five-star experience for our collectors by making the shipping process as seamless as possible
• Dependable and proactive: you thrive under pressure, keep a cool head in a crisis and are always looking for creative solutions to get the job done. You are driven, keep your eyes on the prize and always go the extra mile, earning you a reputation for being highly dependable.
• A self-starter able to work independently: you know how to prioritise and plan your day to ensure we deliver on time
• Strong communication and relationship building: you use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work sensitively with a diverse range of artists and their studios, adjusting your approach to suit each way of working. You work well independently but are also a strong team player who is willing to
