We are immediately hiring Warehouse Logistic Managers (9) (1st/2nd shift) in Greencastle, PA, for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Idea candidate will have experience managing a 24/7 inbound/outbound retail customer distribution warehouse.   • Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
  • Annual Salary Pay: Target Salary is $70,000-$75,000 based on experience
  • Schedule: 1st Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 4:00 pm; 2nd shift Monday- Friday: 5:00pm – 3:30am

The Warehouse Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
  • Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
