JOB SUMMARY

As the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently. This position oversees warehouse inventory, coordinates shipping and receiving to and from warehouse, and manages inventory transfers between the Rockledge and Orlando facilities. As the sole position responsible for the warehouse activities, this position requires flexibility and on-call ability to receive deliveries in Rockledge warehouse. This position also requires the ability to use a personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursed) to transfer inventory to Orlando facility. While this is a 7 month long assignment, this position is eligible for full-time employee compensation and benefits.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving and inventory management is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
  • NetSuite experience a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years of related experience required
  • Supervisory experience a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments and facilities.
  • Support product build through pulling parts and recording inventory usage as necessary.
  • Oversee build contractors as needed.
  • Conducts physical inventory managing part number system and partners with finance to implement and manage system
  • Ensures inventory is stored in correct locations in the warehouse
  • Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
