JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory receipt, storage, and shipment processes.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and supply chain teams.
• Analyze and optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflows.
• Manage budget, labor costs, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and industry standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and logistics principles.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and make strategic decisions.
• Experience with warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
